There is no doubt the world has thrown us some curve balls in the last few years. How are you dealing with it? It feels heavy, change is hard. What was once normal seems so odd. Why can’t we just carry on as normal?
What I have realized is how resilient humans can be, we just adapt and carry on in our new normal. Much easier said than done isn’t it though really. These recent times have made us slow down, sit still at home. Time at home has changed our thinking, brought about lifestyle changes. Some for good some not so much.
