I am a Head Chef on Private Superyacht’s and a qualified Integrative Health Coach through IIN in New York. I’m also a qualified Yoga teacher in Hatha, Ashtanga/Vinyasa, and a certified Reiki level 1 healer.
I have been a Chef for 20 years . 15 of those years on yachts catering to various diet and lifestyle programs. This has lead me to experience so many different cultures, diets and intolerances, allergies over the years through various clientele.
My love for food started at a young age of 10 years old where I knew this was what I wanted to do forever. Food is my life and absolute passion. Over the years of being a Chef and traveling I have learnt the effects of food, stress and other factors on the body.
I am here to help you make a change and live in harmony with your body.

My Approach
I understand that enlisting a health coach can sometimes come with the thinking “But do I even have the time or money for this right now?” or “What am I going to get for the money that I invest?”.
This is why I take the time to get to know you at a deeper level, and curate a plan that is realistic for your budget and daily schedule. I also check in bi-weekly to make sure the plan is working for you. I want you to achieve your goals, whilst also enjoying the process.
THE PROCESS
CONSULT
Starting with your initial consultation, this is where we dive deep into your current situation, health concerns, medical history, budget and time available to implement the coaching.
PLAN
After reviewing the information that I have gained in your consultation, I put together a plan for you based on the program that you have booked with me.
REVIEW
It is always important to review your plan bi-weekly to see how you are doing, whether you’re enjoying the recipes, how you’re feeling and whether you have new goals.
